What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school de‑? diploma or equivalent…
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
