Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at commercial real-estate locations.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Report maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri12:00 AM - 08:30 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
