You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a corporate technology and media environment by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct individuals in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
