• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and common areas to identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas per site policies.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports and communicate with site management.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor alarms and access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, tenants, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and common areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site policies and financial institution requirements.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
