Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer at our Grove City, OH location. This part-time, unarmed patrol role focuses on customer service, visibility, and incident deterrence within a logistics and distribution site.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and document activities while upholding Allied Universal's commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork. Hours include weekend shifts; pay is $17.98 per hour, with opportunities for schedule

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background and drug screening as part of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in clear and accurate reports.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
