Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Guard for Grove City, OH. You will provide customer service to clients and visitors while following site procedures and security policies at a logistics and distribution location.

Responsibilities include patrolling loading areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeter, monitoring access for employees and drivers, and responding calmly to incidents. Join a team that values integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry points, trailers, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and drivers in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
