Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Grove City, OH. You will patrol logistics and distribution sites, deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service to employees and visitors.

You will work with a team dedicated to integrity and reliability, using smart shift-claim tools and flexible scheduling. A high school diploma and background check are required; licensing may be required.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
