Allied Universal in Grove City, OH is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard (Unarmed Patrol) to protect clients and assets across logistics facilities. You will patrol, maintain visibility, deter incidents, and provide customer service to employees and visitors.

The role offers a flexible schedule with shift-claiming via our platform; training is provided. A drug screen may be required; candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma. Background checks and licensing may apply where required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property damage, policy violations, and incidents, documenting information accurately and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
