• Sat: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to vendors, visitors, and guests by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout market areas, vendor spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security‑related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and pedestrian and vehicle activity; assist with directing visitors and communicating site rules as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
