Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, stockrooms, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other events in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and share information with site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Job Schedule

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stockrooms, loading areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
