Allied Universal in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) to safeguard clients across a range of government facilities. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns with strong customer service and teamwork.

This role features a part-time schedule with pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and be ready for background checks and a drug screen as per policy.

Formación

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, building interiors, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

What You'll Do:
