Responsibilities

• Screen inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access issues to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Screen inbound and outbound vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access issues to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
