Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card/License.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver's license as per policy.

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related billing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site requirements; document entries, exits, and unusual activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
