Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Roving Patrol in Wilkes-Barre, PA to protect clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will patrol, monitor access, and provide courteous service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This role offers flexible daytime and weekend shifts, an $18.45/hour pay rate, and a focus on teamwork, safety, and reliability. Prior security experience is helpful, and all applicants must pass background and drug screening where

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer locations, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures; verify authorization and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Observe conditions around inventory storage, shipping, and receiving areas and report unusual activity, damaged barriers, or potential hazards to site leadership.
