What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Assist with traffic flow, deliveries, and other operational needs as directed, while maintaining professional communication with customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
