You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter access points, and loading or shipping areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
