Qualifications

As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Reporting in Pharr, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a home products location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report security-related concerns, support access procedures, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
