Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer in Fayetteville, AR. You will patrol unarmed, monitor access points, provide strong customer service, and uphold site policies while using common security systems.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and weekly pay. Minimum requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background and drug screenings, and the willingness to obtain any state licensing if needed.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly movement throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
• Support compliance with site rules for restricted areas, food handling-adjacent operations, and contractor access while maintaining a professional presence.
