Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Observe and report hazards, equipment concerns, unusual activity, and policy violations to site personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, unusual activity, and policy violations while maintaining professional communication with site personnel.
