Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Digital Reporting Patrol in Mossville, IL. You will provide security, assist with access control, and respond to incidents at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• Prior firefighting experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions and operational activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions and operational activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess EMT certification.
• Have previous firefighting experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
