• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per established protocols and notify leadership and contacts.
• Complete logs and incident reports, communicating security information to leadership.

As a Security Officer Emergency Aid Assessment Patrol in Mossville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to situations, communicate with personnel and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or access‑control concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant security‑related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess EMT certification.
• Have previous firefighting experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
