Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests and employees by following site procedures and safety policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter incidents and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and guest activity per site procedures; escalate as needed.
• Document observations and security-related activities accurately and promptly.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sun 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entertainment venue areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe guest activity in accordance with site procedures, escalating incidents to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
