Allied Universal, West Chester, OH, is seeking a Security Officer Overnights Part Time to protect clients across industries and maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional service in a dynamic real estate setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per laws.
• Background-eligible under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and interior spaces.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting hazards or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs as required.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and designated interior spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
