As a Security Officer Part Time Evenings in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. This role offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team.

Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, damaged property, unsecured doors or gates, and potential hazards to the appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities in accurate reports while maintaining professional communication with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
