• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front-desk policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the assigned station; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or site management when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communication logs while supporting a professional, welcoming environment for all building occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
