Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Lobby Ambassador at a financial institution in Oldwick, NJ. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will greet visitors, manage access procedures, monitor activity, respond to security concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will join a dynamic team, work a set day schedule (DayTime Sat 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Sun 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), and enjoy benefits like smart tools, training, retirement plan, and exclusive perks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk of a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and provide general site information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts, and help to deter security-related concerns through a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
