Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal history considerations per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

What You'll Do:<\/b><\/p>

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.<\/li>
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.<\/li>
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or management when appropriate.<\/li>
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.<\/li>

Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.<\/li>

• Customer service experience is preferred.<\/li>
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.<\/li>
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.<\/li>
