As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.21 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

• Wed 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Thur 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations.


• Monitor for unusual activity, report observations to the appropriate personnel, and help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.


• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
