Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driving Position in Greendale, WI to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will perform patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to incidents while adhering to company policy.

A valid driver’s license is required, and the role emphasizes customer service and a team-oriented culture. What you'll do includes patrolling, monitoring for hazards, controlling access, and assisting visitors and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or client representatives by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail property including common areas, parking, entrances and tenant spaces.
• Monitor for unusual activity, property damage, and hazards and document observations per site procedures.
• Assist with access control, directions, and communication with visitors and emergency responders.

As a Security Officer Driving Position in Greendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or client representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exterior perimeter, and tenant spaces as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, property damage, and/or potential hazards, and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with access control, directions, and communication with visitors, tenants, and/or emergency responders while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
