• Follow site protocols for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, and technology-focused work areas, reporting potential concerns and helping to deter unauthorized activity.


• Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols, including procedures for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
