Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Easton, PA. You will greet tenants and visitors, verify access, issue badges, and monitor entry points to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with front desk access control and badge procedures.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 (21 for armed roles) and able to pass background and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors and issuing credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and alarms, escalating concerns per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
• Support a professional lobby environment by handling calls, directions, and deliveries.

You will support access control, manage badge-related activities, observe entry points, and communicate clearly while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, escalating unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering calls, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and documenting security-related incidents and activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
