Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Incident Coordination in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will provide security and customer service in a food and beverage production environment, monitor access, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents.

You will maintain a visible presence, assist employees and visitors, document incidents, and follow site procedures for the movement of people and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a food and beverage production environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, addressing access concerns, employee or visitor issues, and facility alarms.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter; sites vary by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policies, and document security-related incidents and observations.
• Support site procedures for movement of employees, contractors, deliveries, and shipments with professional communication.

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access concerns, employee or visitor issues, and facility alarms.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policies, and document security-related incidents and observations.
• Support site procedures for the movement of employees, contractors, deliveries, and shipments while maintaining professional communication with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
