• Maintain a professional presence to deter unwanted activity and support site operations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access, unusual conditions, and/or policy concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity while supporting site operations and applicable facility requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
