Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Identity Review in Winston Salem, NC. You will manage access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials, monitor logs, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and the chance to grow using our Claim a Shift platform. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Formación

• Experience with badge access control preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms, notifying appropriate contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Assist with monitoring vehicle and delivery traffic and direct authorized personnel.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help identify unauthorized activity or access concerns.
• Assist with monitoring vehicle and delivery traffic, directing authorized personnel to designated locations, and reporting unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
