You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide compassionate customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be willing to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
