Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and solution-focused manner.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management according to facility policies.
• Document observations and actions and communicate information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related needs with professionalism, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with facility policies and security-related procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and actions taken, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
