Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Bartlett, TN, offering flexible, dependable hours with anchor shifts and optional extra shifts via our scheduling platform. The pay rate is $17.91 per hour, with day-time to night shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering top‑notch customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; responding to incidents; patrolling facilities; monitoring access; and documenting activities per site procedures.

Qualificações

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that may include a morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific requirements, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and client site procedures.

As a Security Officer Part Time Hospital Patrol in Bartlett, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
