Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccinations are required for hospital positions.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
