Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Hospital Security in Cleveland, OH for a part-time role. You will serve patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting, patrol facilities, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to meet hospital vaccine requirements, and the ability to work in a hospital morgue. CPR is preferred and a background check will be conducted.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with facility requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
