Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer for Wilson, NC. You will patrol the facility, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors.

You will follow site procedures, respond calmly to incidents, and document observations while collaborating with site leadership to keep people and property safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food production location, including exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Foot Patrol in Wilson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic food and beverage location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.35 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
