As a part-time position, scheduling is flexible (DayTime, Wed 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM, Thur 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM). Pay rate is $13.84 per hour. Prior security or customer service experience is preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification also favored.

• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Report maintenance concerns or hazards to site leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and potential hazards observed during patrols to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
