Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for Clinton, NC. You will protect client sites, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Duties include patrolling production, warehouse, office areas, monitoring access points, and reporting incidents using on-site tools. Qualifications include strong customer service skills and the ability to operate a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing and driver's license requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies at the site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per site requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations using technology. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
