Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage front desk access, including greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and communicate relevant information to site contacts in a professional manner.
• Observe front desk and entry-area activity, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support a professional, orderly reception area at a logistics and distribution location while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
