Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Guest Screening Security Officer in Atlanta, GA. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry points, and provide exceptional customer service in a tech/media/telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications office location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors; verify identification and access authorization in accordance with established reception and visitor-management procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned communication systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while providing professional support to clients and guests.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
