Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Security Officer in White Plains, NY. You will be the welcoming presence, monitor access, assist visitors, and support security procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.

Formación

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or concerns.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• Tue: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• Wed: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• Thur: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• Fri: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
