What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.


• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, reviewing authorization, issuing and retrieving visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.


• Monitor access points, gates, and alarm or camera systems; report unusual activity, access issues, and policy violations according to site procedures.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
