Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements as applicable.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while performing access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor/contractor credentials, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, direct authorized personnel, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to access-control incidents and alarms following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor or contractor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site policies.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and entrances, direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, parking areas, perimeter points, and exterior areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
