Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 01:30 PM - 06:30 PM
• Sun: 01:30 PM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify authorized access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain required access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned healthcare facility areas and the perimeter to identify and report access control concerns or unusual activity.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by directing visitors, supporting delivery and vendor access procedures, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
