• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership and emergency responders.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
