• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management and contractor entry processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify staff per site protocols.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and shift communications.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with visitor management and contractor entry processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining awareness of operational activity at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
